Deadly Conduct - Discharge of Firearm...700 block of
Ashcrest Court Allen, Texas
On Monday January 19, 2015 at approximately
03:39 PM officers of the Allen Police Department
were dispatched to a suspicious circumstance
call in the area of Ashcrest Court. Several citizens
called to report hearing what sounded like 5 or 6
gunshots in the area. A moment later several citizens
called to report a car crash in the 1400 block of
Ambrose where a silver car had struck a parked
pickup truck. As officers approached the crash
site four (4) males were observed at the crash
site. Two males ran on seeing the officers approach
and the other two stayed on scene. The investigation
of the crash revealed that this vehicle had been
involved with firing shots at a habitation in the 700
block of Ashcrest Court and had crashed while
making their exit. It appears the suspects and

the day an argument regarding a debt had
started on social media and escalated to deadly
